The location of the hotel is stunning, situated right next to the Rupnarayan river. the rooms are beautifully decorated, offering great views from both the bathroom and verandah. the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

The spot is close to Dumdum airport and right by the beautiful Rupnarayan river. the rooms on the upper floors were a real treat, with a lovely view. Being surrounded by nearby villages added to the charm. 🌊

The place had everything - my kid didn't want to leave thanks to the awesome kids' playground and variety in complimentary breakfast. the staff was super polite and professional, room service was on point, and the ambiance was welcoming. the location by the river was lovely.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the noise disturbance from the setting up of stages for evening programs in the early morning can be quite disruptive to guests trying to enjoy a peaceful stay.

The venue met our needs, the room had great views, was well-maintained and a decent size; the restaurant served tasty food, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The facilities were modern, the breakfast was satisfying with boiled egg, toast, and idli, and the location was terrific.

The hotel was a fantastic base for my trip to Bagnan. The location was great, close to the riverbank, the restaurant, and the riverfront. The staff were pleasant and friendly, always available when needed.
